Confidential Prayer Requests: Requests marked as private/confidential are restricted exclusively to authorized church leadership and prayer team members.
Transportation & Ride Data: Pickup details, phone numbers, and addresses are shared only with designated church transportation coordinators and assigned drivers.
New Believer Follow-up: Personal details provided upon praying the Sinner's Prayer are handled with pastoral care by assigned evangelism leaders.
Data Encryption: All form data submitted across the site is transmitted over 256-bit encrypted SSL protocols.

2. Terms & Conditions

By using the My Way of Evangelism platform, church directory, events engine, or foundation portal, you agree to comply with our community terms:

Church Verification: Only verified churches with valid credentials and authorized pastoral representation may publish public profile details, host ticketed events, or collect designated donations.
Respectful Interaction: Harassment, spamming, or fraudulent applications are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate ip/account termination.

3. Donation & Tax Receipt Policy

My Way of Evangelism facilitates designated giving to churches, foundation initiatives, transportation fleets, and youth programs.

Official Tax Receipt Eligibility Notice Charitable tax receipts are issued only by legally registered entities holding active tax-exempt status in their jurisdiction (such as Canada Revenue Agency or IRS 501(c)(3)). Tax receipts are not guaranteed or promised for contributions directed to pending or unverified organizations.

4. Child Safeguarding & Protection Policy

We enforce strict child protection standards across all youth programs, children's ministries, and foundation orphanage outreach projects:

Youth Ministry Protection: Youth transportation requests require parent/guardian consent for minors under 18 years of age.
Media Privacy for Minors: Sensitive personal information, full names, or identifiable home addresses of children served in orphanages or community outreach programs are never displayed publicly without written parental/guardian authorization.
Screened Volunteers & Leaders: Partner churches agree to verify leadership credentials and background checks for all children and youth workers.
